II. Quote

A quote for your creation will be sent to you as soon as possible.

Following the validation of your quote, a contract stipulating all the conditions related to the purchase is sent to you,

This must be returned to us completed and signed.

A deposit representing 50% of the total amount of your order is requested,

This triggers the immediate production of your piece,

An invoice is sent to you, instantly after each payment.

A photographic representation concerning the taking of your measurements is sent to you,

We accompany you carefully during this step.

You first choose the fabrics you want,

You participate entirely, in the realization of your dress until its design,

This is why throughout, videos and photos are sent live from our workshop,

According to your request, we can correct certain elements until your final validation.

The long-awaited moment has arrived, your piece is finalized,

Payment of the remaining amount is requested you,

This last payment automatically triggers the sending of your creation,

The House can also deliver you your dress personally.

If in very rare cases, you notice any anomalies, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible,

An exceptional service, entirely at the expense of your House, has been put in place.
